Terms and conditions
1 - Object of the sale
These general conditions have as their object the purchase of products or services, carried out remotely via the internet on this site. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (consumer code) and, in particular, those referred to in Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts ) as well as, as regards the protection of personal data, by the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196.
2 - Purchase order and completion of the sale
The contract is concluded upon receipt by the owner of this e-commerce of the purchase order of the products and / or services selected by the Customer on the current site. The sending of the electronic purchase order implies the full knowledge, by the Customer, of these General Conditions of sale and payment and their acceptance. The Customer also declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft or professional activity), once the purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy or otherwise keep these conditions. of sale also in compliance with the provisions of art. 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance contracts. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for damages, direct or indirect to persons and / or things, deriving from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
3 - How to purchase
Purchases of the products and services illustrated on the current site are made at the indicated price and include VAT, to be confirmed at the time of order confirmation, in addition to any transport costs, which are also VAT included. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of each product or service chosen and any transport costs will be summarized.
4 - Prices and payment
The payment of the price of the products and services purchased and of any transport costs must be made according to the methods available on the website, such as the PayPal circuit (credit card).
5 - Shipping and delivery of products
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer at the conclusion of the order, that is to the address entered (or communicated) in the order confirmation. The customer is required to verify that the package received is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification will the Customer have to accept the delivery.
6 - Time for processing an order
As soon as the order and the relative payment are received, the owner of this e-commerce will prepare the package and shipment with the utmost care. The operation will take a time interval ranging from 2 to 7 working days. The working days are indicative, but in no case are considered mandatory. However, it will be the responsibility of the owner of this e-commerce to process the orders as soon as possible, compatibly with the times of realization of the products or of the performance of the services purchased. The owner of this e-commerce will not be responsible for any delays by national couriers (or other delivery service) due to external causes or force majeure. In this regard, the Customer declares to have been informed that the timing for the fulfillment of an order varies according to the type of processing and the quantity requested.
7 - Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from any contract concluded with the owner of this e-commerce within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods. The Customer is required to return the goods to the owner of this e-commerce within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the same. The goods must be returned packed complete with all accessories and authentication. The costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, the owner of this e-commerce will proceed to re-credit the cost of the goods including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the Customer's right of withdrawal. If you do not respect the methods, terms and times indicated above, the owner of this e-commerce has the right not to accept returns and refunds.
